Why this retreat exists
There are seasons in life when what once helped us thrive is no longer what we need most.
After years of caring, leading, adapting, and moving forward, many women find themselves longing for something deeper: more space, more meaning, more connection, and a stronger sense of rootedness.
This retreat offers an opportunity to pause, listen, and reconnect with what matters most.
What we will explore
The Body as Memory, Wisdom, Presence, and Return
Many women become skilled at meeting expectations while losing touch with their own rhythms and inner knowing.
Through embodied awareness, rest, reflection, and gentle practice, we will explore what it means to reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.
Roots, Ancestral Wisdom, Cultural MEMORY & Belonging
The stories, traditions, values, and experiences that shape us continue to live within us, even when life carries us far from familiar ground.
Together, we will explore ancestry, cultural memory, and belonging as resources for greater meaning, continuity, and rootedness.
NATURE, SACRED RECIPROCITY AND RELATIONSHIP
Nature is more than a place we visit. It is a relationship that can offer perspective, grounding, and connection.
Through ecopsychology, seasonal wisdom, and time outdoors, we will explore sacred reciprocity and our place within the wider web of life.
In Her Own Words
A retreat cannot be fully explained. It must be experienced
Hear past participants reflect on what became possible when they stepped away from the demands of everyday life and into a space for reflection, connection, and renewal.
What makes this
different
Many retreats focus on becoming someone new.
This retreat explores a different possibility:
What if the path forward is not becoming someone else, but deepening your relationship with who you already are?
Drawing from ancestral wisdom, embodied practice, ecopsychology, meaningful conversation, and relationship with Nature, this experience is designed to support reflection, renewal, and lasting integration.
is this retreat for you?
